How far in advance do I need to book my order?

We typically ask for a 3-5 days notice for chocolate covered strawberry orders and 7-10 days notice for cake order. We kindly request that you inform us as soon as possible of your order requirements. We strive to accommodate shorter turnaround times whenever possible, depending on our availability.

Do you offer gluten/dairy free products?

Unfortunately, we do not offer these types of products at the moment.

Do your products contain nuts?

Our chocolate products are crafted without nuts; however, they are produced in a facility where nuts may be present. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination and can omit nuts from your order upon request, we cannot guarantee complete avoidance of nuts as we are not a nut-free facility. We kindly ask that you inform us of any allergies you may have so that we can take the necessary precautions with your order. 

It is important to note - 

Berry Bites Products may have come in contact with:

• Nuts

• Gluten

• Dairy

• Soy

Natural dyes, artificial flavourings, sugar, artificial sweeteners, artificial colour, and other allergens are not listed.

We may use “non-toxic” dust/decor to achieve desired design/colours. This may not be approved by FDA however it won’t cause harm if consumed in small amounts. 

We may also use alcohol to achieve desired design/colours.

How long do the strawberries last?

Our chocolate-covered strawberries are freshly made and are best enjoyed on the day of. However, if you prefer to enjoy them later, they can be refrigerated for up to three days.

What are sweat berries?

For the best experience, we suggest selecting the pickup or delivery date for your chocolate-covered strawberries on the day you plan to enjoy them. Additionally, to maintain their quality and appearance, we recommend storing your berries in a cool, dry place prior to your event. Avoid refrigeration before the event, as this can cause condensation and alter the appearance of the berries, potentially affecting their designs

How long do the cakes last?

When refrigerated, our cakes can maintain freshness for up to a week. For longer storage, you can store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.

Do you deliver?

 Yes we do! We are located in Vaughan - delivery charges are based on the distance from our pick up location to the preferred delivery address.

Do you have a store front?

While we are a home based company at the moment, we are working very hard towards opening our own bakery! Please be patient as we work on achieving this goal one day.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We only accept cash and e-transfer. Please be mindful that a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your spot.
